Check-in:
Check-in is accepted after 13:00 unless special requirements by the hotels and guest is requested to follow accordingly. ID (or passport) and reservation vouchers must be presented for check-in. Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation and payment upon your arrival at the hotel. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to check in at the hotel unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Guests will be asked to present ID as necessary for proof of age and to sign our guestbook for the time of stay. If you wish to Check-in before 13:00, you can leave your bags at our reception, and are able to occupy your rooms as soon as they are ready (13:00 the latest).

Check-out:
Usually check-out must be processed before 11:00. Any surcharges (extra beds, extended stay, phone calls...etc.) have to be settled before leaving the hotel with receipts.

Print Vouchers:
Only if requested, or booked from another website: After the reservation is made, the voucher of your stay information may be printed. You will receive a confirmation showing the details of your reservation by E-mail . But your reservation is based on the records in this system only. Any enquiries are welcome to contact our reservation center and we will try our best to reply you as soon as possible.

Change reservation:
Date of reservation could be amended 2-7 days before check-in based on our current sales conditions. There is no surcharge for change of date and room type, only if it is you tell us 1-2 days or before. Only one amendment can be made and it is not allowed for refund afterwards. You are required to pay the surcharge of the amendment and there is no refund for the difference of the payment because of the amendment.

Cancel Policy:
A free cancellation can be made 1 week before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled later, then a cancellation fee of 1 night will be charged from the given credit-card. You may cancel your reservation via fax, phone or email. On speical occasions, such as Easter and New Year, we reserve the right to modify the cancellation policy, where we will let you know on time.
